What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is an added layer of trust on Skates.pk. When a seller activates a protection plan, every ad they post carries a Buyer Protection badge — letting you know that purchase is covered if something goes seriously wrong.
How it works

Look for the badge
Listings from protected sellers show a Buyer Protection badge. You can also filter the marketplace to show only protected listings.

Buy as usual
Contact the seller, agree on the item and price, and complete your purchase. Keep your chat and payment records.

Report a problem
If the item never arrives or is grossly not as described, report it to our team within 48 hours with your evidence (chat, receipt, photos).

We help resolve it
Our team reviews the case and works with both sides toward a fair resolution, up to the protected amount on the seller's plan.
What's covered
- Item not received after payment to a protected seller.
- Item significantly not as described (wrong item, fake, or hidden major damage).
Note: Buyer Protection does not cover minor wear consistent with the listing, buyer's remorse, or deals made off-platform without records. Coverage is limited to the protected amount shown on the seller's plan.
